Text messaging terms

If you check the "Text me too" box on our consultation form, you agree to receive text messages from K&C Group at eXp Realty at the phone number you entered. These terms explain how that program works.

What we send

Messages about your consultation request and your home sale, and K&C Group services, such as scheduling, follow-ups, pricing updates and local market information. Some messages are sent by automated systems.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's plan. Texting consent is not a condition of buying any property, goods or services.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one confirmation text, and then no more messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (727) 255-1690 or eric.konoski@exprealty.com.

Your information

We don't sell or share your phone number or texting consent with third parties for their own marketing. Phone numbers collected for texting are used for this program only. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
